ok so i looking for build and area to farm Elite monk tomes and normal tomes.
i prefer assassin/any build

there is any location for that? or it comes randomaly

Elite monk tomes can only be farmed from monk bosses in hard mode, or from locked chests in hard mode. Normal monk tomes drop from all monk foes in Hard mode, and also from hard mode locked chests.

Asking for builds is against the forum rules, so I suggest checking out pvxwiki or using the search function.

ye, for normal tomes go kill snowmen, as A/E any build will do.
for elite tomes go to the monk boss in the kurzick area, something like byzzr wingmender or so. ~1 min runs

One of the fastest monk-bosses to reach from an outpost is Byzzr Wingmender, in Melandru's Hope. There are a few builds to do this (Search/Google is your friend).

In my experience, though, it wasn't worth it. Killed him 50 times, got a bunch of his green and zilcho on the tomes. That said, I am notoriously unlucky (in WuW, the "Targren Coefficient" is a multiplier of .25 applied to all drop rates...) so give it a shot.

Elite tomes can also be purchased for 2 gold Z coins and would probably be easier to get than farming a boss

Isnt it illegal to ask for places to farm stuff?

Farming wastes in an UWSC would work, you could get atleast 1 a run, if you finish early.

It's against forum rules to ask for things that are easily found via searching. Not EVERY build thread violates the rules.

Since tomes have been discussed in previous threads and many builds/places have been documented, this thread violates the rules.
